- 1 medium onion
- 1 celery stalk
- 1 large carrot
- 1–2 garlic cloves
- 1 cup frozen spinach (optional)
- 2 medium potatoes
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 Tbsp tomato paste
- 1/3 cup white wine
- 2 cups vegetable broth

- Stir in garlic, beans, tomato paste, potatoes, rosemary, and paprika; cook for 1 minute.
