  • 3 tbsp tomato paste
  • 3 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 12 oz spaghetti (cooked al dente)
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded cheese (cheddar or Mexican blend)
  • Cilantro for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a skillet, sauté the onion in olive oil until soft, about 3-4 minutes. Add minced garlic and cook for an additional minute.
  3. Add ground beef to the skillet and cook until browned, approximately 5-7 minutes; drain excess fat.
  4. Stir in taco seasoning, diced tomatoes, beef broth, tomato paste, and softened cream cheese. Cook for about 2-3 minutes until the mixture is creamy.
  5. Toss cooked spaghetti with the meat mixture and shredded cheese until well-coated.
