  • 2 cups mashed sweet potato (about 34 large sweet potatoes)
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup coconut oil
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C) and grease a 9 or 10-inch cake pan.
  2. In a food processor, combine coconut flour, cocoa powder, sugar, baking powder, salt, mashed sweet potato, eggs, maple syrup, coconut oil, and vanilla extract. Blend until smooth.
