- 36 Golden Oreo cookies
- ½ cup unsalted butter (melted)
- 6 oz berry blue gelatin
- 2/3 cup boiling water
- ½ cup cold Greek yogurt
- 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
- ½ cup powdered sugar
- 1¾ cups whipped cream
- 6 oz strawberry jello
- 4 cups sliced strawberries
Instructions
- Prepare the crust by crushing Golden Oreos and mixing them with melted butter; press into a 9×13-inch dish.
- Make the blue layer by dissolving berry blue gelatin in boiling water, then whisk in cold Greek yogurt and fold in fresh blueberries. Pour over the crust and refrigerate until set.
- For the cream cheese layer, beat softened cream cheese with powdered sugar and vanilla until smooth; fold in whipped cream and spread over the blue layer.
- Prepare the red layer by dissolving strawberry jello in boiling water, then mix with iced water and pour over the cream cheese layer. Top with sliced strawberries before refrigerating again.
