Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Cream softened butter with sweeteners until smooth.
- Mix in pureed pumpkin, egg, and vanilla until well combined.
- In another bowl, whisk together almond flour, cinnamon, pumpkin pie spice, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- Gradually combine dry ingredients into wet mixture until just mixed.
- Form dough balls using about 1½ tablespoons of dough each; flatten slightly on a silicone mat-lined cookie sheet.

- Let cool on the mat for about 10 minutes before transferring to a cooling rack.
