- ⅓ cup finely diced strawberries

Instructions

- Scoop teaspoon-sized balls of the cream cheese mixture onto a parchment-lined baking pan and freeze while preparing the cookie dough.
- In a stand mixer, beat cold butter with granulated and brown sugars until smooth.
- Add eggs and mix until combined.
- Gradually incorporate flour, baking soda, vanilla extract, and sea salt until a thick dough forms.
- Gently fold in finely diced strawberries and chill dough for 30 minutes.
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Prepare a baking pan lined with parchment paper.
