Ingredients
- 2 heads of cauliflower
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon paprika
- ¼ cup olive oil
- 1 teaspoon chopped parsley (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 500ºF (260ºC).
- Remove green leaves from the cauliflower and trim the stem. Cut each head in half lengthwise, then slice into 1½-inch thick 'steaks.'
- In a small bowl, mix kosher salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
- Drizzle olive oil over both sides of each steak; sprinkle the seasoning mixture evenly.
- Place steaks on a baking sheet covered with aluminum foil. Roast for 5 minutes covered, then uncover and continue roasting for an additional 16–18 minutes, flipping halfway through until golden brown.
- Serve hot garnished with chopped parsley.
