Instructions
- Warm the milk to 120–130°F. Grease a 13 x 9-inch baking pan.
- In a mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, salt, and yeast. Add warmed milk and melted butter; stir to combine.
- Knead on a floured surface until smooth. Roll out dough into a rectangle about 12×18 inches.
- Spread softened butter over the dough, then sprinkle with brown sugar and cinnamon.
- Roll tightly from one edge to form a log and slice into 12 pieces. Place in the greased pan.
- Cover and let rise for about 30 minutes until doubled in size. Preheat oven to 350°F.
