- 1 Tbsp milk or cream (for glaze)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F and grease an 8-or-9" metal loaf pan.
- In a large bowl, cream together softened butter and brown sugar until smooth. Mix in pumpkin puree and eggs one at a time.
- Gradually add baking powder, baking soda, spices, salt, and flour; mix until just combined.
- For the streusel, combine melted butter with flour and brown sugar until it resembles wet sand.
- Pour batter into the prepared pan, sprinkle streusel on top, and bake for 55-60 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Allow to cool before glazing with a mixture of confectioners' sugar, maple extract, maple syrup, and milk.
