  • ½ cup vanilla-flavored protein powder
  • 1 cup pumpkin puree
  • ¾ cup Greek yogurt
  • 2 large eggs
  • ½ cup dark chocolate chips
  • ½ tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp baking soda

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine oat flour, protein powder, pumpkin puree, Greek yogurt, eggs, baking powder, baking soda, pumpkin pie spice, and cinnamon. Mix until combined.
