Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F and grease three 8-inch cake pans.
- In a large bowl, mix pumpkin puree, sugar, vegetable oil, eggs, and vanilla until well combined.
- In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, spices, and salt.
- Slowly combine the dry ingredients with the wet mixture until just blended.
