  • 2 teaspoons fresh rosemary
  • 1 teaspoon fresh thyme
  • 8 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup olive oil

Instructions

  1. Bring the prime rib to room temperature by removing it from the refrigerator one hour prior to cooking.
