  • 1/3 cup salsa
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp coriander
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 3 green onions (minced)
  • 2 tbsp cilantro (minced)
  • 1 lime (juiced)
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded pepper jack cheese
  • 1618 small flour tortillas
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 tbsp cilantro (minced)
  • 1/2 lime (juiced)
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Season chicken with olive oil and spices; bake for 20-25 minutes until cooked through.
  2. Shred the chicken and mix with cream cheese, sour cream, salsa, herbs, and cheeses.
  3. Roll a few tablespoons of filling in each tortilla; place seam-side down on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
