- 1/3 cup salsa
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp chili powder

- 3 green onions (minced)
- 2 tbsp cilantro (minced)
- 1 lime (juiced)
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded pepper jack cheese
- 16–18 small flour tortillas
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 tbsp cilantro (minced)
- 1/2 lime (juiced)
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Season chicken with olive oil and spices; bake for 20-25 minutes until cooked through.
- Shred the chicken and mix with cream cheese, sour cream, salsa, herbs, and cheeses.
- Roll a few tablespoons of filling in each tortilla; place seam-side down on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
