  • 2 Tbsp powdered sugar
  • 1/3 cup pumpkin puree
  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 cups white chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, beat together cream cheese and powdered sugar until light and creamy.
  2. Fold in pumpkin puree, 1 cup of graham cracker crumbs, pumpkin pie spice, and cinnamon until combined.
  3. Mix in the remaining graham cracker crumbs to form a dough.

  5. Melt white chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl until smooth.
  6. Dip each refrigerated ball into melted chocolate and place on parchment paper to set.
  7. Drizzle with remaining chocolate and chill again until hardened.
