- 1 cup boiling water
- 2 cups Graham cracker crumbs
- 6 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- pinch salt
- 2 (8 ounce) blocks cream cheese, softened
- 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar, divided
- 2 cups heavy whipping cream
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- zest of 1 orange, optional
Instructions
- In a heat-proof bowl, whisk together orange jello powder and boiling water until dissolved. Set aside to cool for about 30 minutes.
- Spray a 9-inch springform pan with cooking spray and line it with parchment paper.
- Mix Graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and salt in a bowl. Press into the bottom of the springform pan and freeze for 30 minutes.
- Beat cream cheese and 1 cup powdered sugar until smooth. In another bowl, whip heavy cream with remaining powdered sugar until stiff peaks form. Fold half into the cream cheese mixture, then combine with cooled jello.
