  • 1 cup 2% milk
  • 3.4 oz box instant lemon pudding
  • 21 oz can blueberry pie filling
  • 16 oz tub frozen whipped topping

Instructions

  1. Combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter in a bowl. Reserve 1/2 cup for topping and press the rest into a 13 x 9 inch baking dish. Chill for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Beat cream cheese and sugar until fluffy. Mix in lemon juice and milk, then add instant pudding until thickened.
  3. Spread the lemon mixture over the chilled crust.
  4. Spoon blueberry pie filling over the lemon layer evenly.
  5. Top with thawed whipped topping and sprinkle reserved crumbs if desired.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
