  • 6 ounces mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 3 ounces pepperoni slices
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried basil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Unroll the croissant dough and separate it into triangles.
  3. In a small bowl, combine melted butter with garlic powder, oregano, and basil.
  4. Brush the butter mixture over each triangle.
  5. Place halved pepperoni at the wide end of each triangle and sprinkle with mozzarella cheese.
  6. Roll each triangle from the wide end to the point and place on the prepared baking sheet.
  7. Brush tops with remaining butter mixture.
  8. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
