- 1/4 cup melted butter

- 1 1/2 cups dried coconut
- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs (plus extra for rolling)
- 1 1/2 cups chocolate chips
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine melted butter, sweetened condensed milk, and vanilla until smooth.
- Stir in graham cracker crumbs, dried coconut, and chocolate chips until well incorporated.
- Refrigerate the mixture for about 1 hour until firm.
- Scoop out portions and roll them into 1 1/4-inch balls.
- Roll each ball in additional graham cracker crumbs for coating.
- Chill on a baking sheet until firm.
