Description

Moose Bites are irresistibly delightful no-bake treats that combine the rich flavors of sweetened condensed milk, coconut, chocolate chips, and graham crackers into bite-sized balls. Perfect for parties or casual gatherings, these easy-to-make desserts require just 20 minutes of prep time and no baking at all.


Ingredients

  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk (300ml/14oz)
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 cups dried coconut
  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs (plus extra for rolling)
  • 1 1/2 cups chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine melted butter, sweetened condensed milk, and vanilla until smooth.
  2. Stir in graham cracker crumbs, dried coconut, and chocolate chips until well incorporated.
  3. Refrigerate the mixture for about 1 hour until firm.
  4. Scoop out portions and roll them into 1 1/4-inch balls.
  5. Roll each ball in additional graham cracker crumbs for coating.
  6. Chill on a baking sheet until firm.
