  2. In the bowl, combine butter and marshmallows, whisking until smooth (2-4 minutes).

  4. Pour the mixture over Rice Bubbles in a large mixing bowl; stir until coated.
  5. Lightly oil hands and shape into oval brain shapes. Use a butter knife to create dents and draw veins with a toothpick dipped in food coloring.
