  • 12 oz. semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1/3 cup heavy cream (for filling)
  • 1 ½ cups heavy cream (for topping)
  • 1/3 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 7 oz. marshmallow fluff
  • ½ cup chocolate chips (for ganache)
  • 3 Tablespoons heavy cream (for ganache)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven as per cake mix instructions and grease your 9×13 inch cake pan.
  2. Prepare the cake batter according to box directions and bake for about 30 minutes until set.
  3. Once baked, cool slightly and poke holes all over the warm cake using a wooden spoon handle.
  4. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine sweetened condensed milk, heavy cream, and chocolate chips; microwave until melted and smooth.
  5. Pour the mixture into the holes in the cake, spreading any extra on top; chill for an hour.
  6. Whip heavy cream until thickened, then fold in powdered sugar, vanilla, and marshmallow fluff; spread over cooled cake.
  7. Melt chocolate chips with heavy cream for ganache, drizzle on top, and create swirls for decoration.
