Description

Lemon Blueberry Fluff is a refreshing and creamy dessert that perfectly balances the tartness of lemon with the sweetness of fresh blueberries.


Ingredients

  • ½ cup confectioner's sugar
  • 8 ounces whipped topping
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 3 cups mini marshmallows
  • 18 ounces fresh blueberries
  • Optional: Fresh lemon zest and sliced almonds for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese and confectioner's sugar until smooth using a hand mixer.
  2. Gently fold in the whipped topping and lemon juice until combined.
  3. Add the blueberries and mini marshmallows, folding gently until evenly coated.
  4. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 30 minutes to 1 hour.
  5. Just before serving, garnish with sliced almonds and fresh lemon zest if desired.
