  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1.5 pounds baby potatoes, halved
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Wash and halve the baby potatoes. Mince the garlic.
  2. Rub chicken breasts with olive oil and season with Italian seasoning, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes.
  3. Layer halved potatoes at the bottom of the crockpot and place seasoned chicken on top.
