  • 5 tbsp melted butter
  • 24 oz cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 3 tbsp natural unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 8 oz semi-sweet chocolate
  • 1 1/4 cups heavy whipping cream
  • 3/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream (for topping)
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar (for topping)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract (for topping)
  • Desired toppings such as chocolate shavings, fresh fruit, mini chocolate chips, sprinkles, etc.

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine Oreo crumbs with melted butter and press firmly into the bottom of a springform pan.
  2. Beat cream cheese until smooth; add sugar and cocoa powder. Mix in melted chocolate.
  3. Whip heavy cream with powdered sugar until stiff peaks form, then fold into the chocolate mixture.
  4. Pour filling over crust and refrigerate for at least 5 hours or until set.
  5. Top with whipped cream and desired toppings before serving.
