  • ¾ cup unsalted butter (room temperature)

  • ½ cup milk
  • ⅔ cup granulated sugar (for cinnamon swirl)
  • ¼ cup ground cinnamon
  • For the icing: 1 cup powdered sugar, 2-3 tablespoons milk or cream, and ½ teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F and grease a bundt pan.
  2. Mix together the sugar and cinnamon in a bowl; set aside.
  3. Beat butter and sugar until light and fluffy; add eggs and vanilla.
  4. Combine dry ingredients in another bowl; mix into wet ingredients alternately with whipping cream/sour cream and milk.
  5. Layer half the batter in the prepared pan, sprinkle with half of the cinnamon-sugar mixture, then add the remaining batter and top with more cinnamon-sugar.
  6. Bake for about 55 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  7. Allow cooling before icing with whisked powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla.
