- 3 cups shredded cooked chicken
- 10.5 oz condensed cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 tbsp dry ranch seasoning
- 1 1/2 cups shredded Colby Jack cheese
- 4 slices crumbled bacon
- 5 cups frozen tater tots
- 1/4 cup sliced green onions (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9×13 baking dish.
- In a mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, milk, ranch seasoning, and 1 cup of Colby Jack cheese until well mixed.
- Pour the chicken mixture into the greased baking dish and spread evenly.
- Sprinkle half of the crumbled bacon over the chicken mixture.
- Layer frozen tater tots evenly on top of the mixture.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes. Add remaining cheese on top and bake for an additional 10 minutes until bubbly and golden brown.
- Garnish with remaining bacon pieces and sliced green onions before serving.
