  • ⅓ cup granulated sugar

  • 2½ cups powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Line baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, cream butter and sugars until light. Add eggs and vanilla; mix well.
  3. In another bowl, whisk flour, salt, baking soda, and baking powder. Gradually add dry ingredients to wet ingredients. Fold in crushed graham crackers.
  4. Scoop dough onto prepared sheets, roll in extra graham crumbs, and flatten slightly.
  5. Bake for 8–10 minutes until golden around edges. Cool on wire racks before frosting.
