- 10 oz can Rotel tomatoes with green chilis (undrained)

- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- ½ cup water
- 8 oz cream cheese
Instructions
- Spray the bottom of the crockpot with nonstick cooking spray.
- Place chicken breasts at the bottom.
- Add black beans, corn, Rotel tomatoes, ranch seasoning, cumin, chili powder, onion powder, and water. Mix well.
- Place cream cheese on top without mixing.
- Cover and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours or high for 4 hours until chicken is cooked through.
