  • ½ bunch kale, chopped
  • ⅓ cup heavy cream

Instructions

  2. Add Italian sausage and cook until browned, breaking it up as it cooks.
  3. Stir in garlic, onion, and Italian seasoning; sauté until onions are translucent.
  4. Whisk in flour and cook for about one minute.
  5. Pour in chicken stock, bring to a boil while stirring occasionally.
  6. Add tortellini; cover and cook for 5-7 minutes until tender.
  7. Stir in kale; cook until wilted.
  8. Finish with heavy cream; adjust seasoning to taste and serve hot.
