- 12 oz rigatoni pasta
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Italian seasoning

Instructions
- Cook rigatoni according to package directions; drain and keep warm.
- In a large skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium heat. Sauté chicken pieces seasoned with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning until golden brown (6–8 minutes). Remove from skillet.
- In the same skillet, melt remaining butter and sauté minced garlic for 1 minute. Add chicken broth; simmer for 3–4 minutes.
- Stir in heavy cream and Parmesan cheese; cook until smooth (2–3 minutes).
- Return chicken and pasta to the skillet; toss until well coated with the sauce.
- Serve garnished with fresh parsley.
