  • 3 cups uncooked elbow macaroni

  • 1 rib celery, finely diced
  • 1/2 green bell pepper, finely diced
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
  • 3 tablespoons white vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 teaspoons white sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon granulated garlic
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder

Instructions

  1. Cook the macaroni according to package directions in salted water. Drain and rinse with cool water until cooled.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, mustard, vinegar, pepper, sugar, salt, garlic, and onion powder to make the dressing.
  3. Stir in the diced onion, celery, and bell pepper into the dressing mixture.
  4. In a large bowl, combine the cooled pasta with half of the dressing. Mix well and cover; refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
  5. Before serving, add the remaining dressing to the pasta and mix again. Adjust seasoning as needed.
