  • 2 cups rotisserie chicken breast, shredded
  • 1 head romaine lettuce, shredded
  • 1 head iceberg lettuce, shredded
  • 1 cup shredded red cabbage
  • 1 cup shredded carrots
  • 1/4 cup thinly-sliced green onions
  • 3 tablespoons chopped cilantro (optional)
  • Asian salad dressing
  • Crushed red pepper flakes (for garnish)
  • Sesame seeds (for garnish)
  • Slivered almonds (for garnish)
  • Crispy wonton strips (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken and half of the Asian dressing. Toss well and let sit for at least 10 minutes.
  2. Add the romaine and iceberg lettuce, red cabbage, carrots, green onions, and cilantro to the bowl. Mix until well combined.
  3. Just before serving, drizzle the remaining dressing over the salad and toss gently.
  4. Garnish with crushed red pepper flakes, sesame seeds, slivered almonds, and crispy wonton strips. Serve immediately.
