  • 2 Tbsp Olive oil
  • 4 Tbsp Butter
  • 4 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 pound Shrimps
  • 1 Lemon, juiced
  • 1/4 cup White wine (or chicken stock)
  • 1/4 cup Heavy cream
  • 1 Tbsp Cajun seasoning
  • Salt & pepper, to taste
  • Parsley, for garnishing
  • Parmesan, for garnishing

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil and 3 Tbsp of butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Sauté minced garlic until fragrant.
  3. Add white wine (or chicken stock) and bring to a simmer.
  4. Stir in shrimps and Cajun seasoning; cook until shrimp are pink (3-5 minutes).
  5. Add remaining butter and heavy cream; stir until smooth.
  6. Season with salt, pepper, and lemon juice; simmer for another minute.
  7. Serve hot, garnished with parsley and Parmesan.
