Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp Olive oil
- 4 Tbsp Butter
- 4 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 pound Shrimps
- 1 Lemon, juiced
- 1/4 cup White wine (or chicken stock)
- 1/4 cup Heavy cream
- 1 Tbsp Cajun seasoning
- Salt & pepper, to taste
- Parsley, for garnishing
- Parmesan, for garnishing
