  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce (or tamari for gluten-free)
  • 1 tablespoon Shaoxing wine (or dry sherry)
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 2 bell peppers
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • Coarsely ground black pepper

Instructions

  1. Marinate the sliced chicken with soy sauce, Shaoxing wine, and cornstarch for 10–15 minutes.
