- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil

- 1/8 teaspoon cracked red pepper flakes
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil (divided)

- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper

Instructions
- Prepare the sauce by whisking together soy sauce, cornstarch, beef broth, honey, hoisin sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, and red pepper flakes in a bowl.
- Cook ramen noodles in boiling water for 2-3 minutes until tender; drain and rinse.
- In a nonstick skillet over medium-high heat, sauté seasoned steak until browned; remove from pan.
- Add broccoli to the skillet with water; cover to steam for about 2 minutes.
- Return steak to the skillet with cooked noodles; add sauce and toss everything together until heated through.
