  • 4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tbsp sriracha
  • Honey (optional)
  • 1 tsp rice vinegar or lime juice
  • Chopped green onions
  • Sesame seeds
  • Fresh lime wedges

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper. Coat each salmon fillet generously.
  3. Place the seasoned fillets on a lined baking sheet and bake for about 15 minutes until flaky.
  4. While baking, whisk together mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, honey (if using), and rice vinegar/lime juice in another bowl.
  5. Once cooked, drizzle the Bang Bang sauce over the salmon and garnish with green onions and sesame seeds.
