- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp sweet chili sauce
- 1 tbsp sriracha
- Honey (optional)
- 1 tsp rice vinegar or lime juice
- Chopped green onions
- Sesame seeds
- Fresh lime wedges
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper. Coat each salmon fillet generously.
- Place the seasoned fillets on a lined baking sheet and bake for about 15 minutes until flaky.
- While baking, whisk together mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, honey (if using), and rice vinegar/lime juice in another bowl.
- Once cooked, drizzle the Bang Bang sauce over the salmon and garnish with green onions and sesame seeds.
