- ½ cup finely chopped walnuts (reserve 2 tbsp for garnish)
- ¼ cup tiny chocolate bits (reserve 1 tbsp for garnish)
- 2 fresh bananas, sliced
- 2 jars (10 oz each) halved maraschino cherries
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the banana pudding mix with crushed pineapple until thickened.
- Gently fold in the thawed whipped topping until well blended.
- Add marshmallows, most of the walnuts and chocolate bits, sliced bananas, and halved cherries; mix gently.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least one hour to allow flavors to meld.
- Before serving, top with reserved walnuts and chocolate bits for added crunch.
