Instructions

- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture until just combined; do not overmix.
- Gently fold in the chocolate chips using a spatula.
- Chill the dough for at least 3 hours before scooping out balls of dough (about 3 tablespoons each) onto prepared sheets.
- Bake for 12-14 minutes until tops are set but still soft in the center.
- Let cool on trays for at least ten minutes before transferring to wire racks.
